according to the insert (pictured) it was a limited edition of 1000.
VINYL: VG++ side 1 looks NM side 2 VG++ play / graded VG++ (ex)
COVER/SLEEVE: VG+ there is a razor line going right through the middle of Meyer Baba's
face. Most likely drugs were cut on it. The 2 indentations on the spine of the sleeve are
where the staples are, that are holding the booklet together. The sleeve really seems
to have been designed to be more of a 30 page booklet with a record in in then it is a
standard record jacket with a booklet in it. The insert describes it as a "magazine-record."
Includes a couple of inserts.
1)The green one about Townshend & the album (pictured)
2) lyrics of the title song "Happy Birthday" on 2 pages.

Happy Birthday is a collaboration album by Pete Townshend, The Guitarist for The Who
and friends including Ronnie Lane, pressed and released in 1970 by Universal Spiritual League.
The album was originally released in February 1970 (in commemoration of Meher Baba's
birthday on 25 February) as the first in a series of tribute albums dedicated to Pete
Townshend's spiritual mentor Meher Baba.
Only about 2,500 copies were pressed in the original 1970 issue.
The album was reissued in similar numbers in 1977.
Several songs from Happy Birthday and I Am reappeared in the 1972 Pete
Townshend's solo album Who Came First.

Grading NM Near Mint. Record and cover appear virtually unmarked. Cover still in shrink.
VG++ A hair under near mint may have only a couple of insignificant surface only lines that should cause
only very minimal sound defects. Cover out of shrink otherwise close to perfect
VG+ Used but not abused. Some surface lines. Will have some relatively slight audible imperfections.
Some normal cover wear.
VG… There will be visual imperfections and some audible ones . May be a number of surface only lines or there
might be a small scratch but not one that repeats, Cover will be worn or have some kind of defect.
In this condition flaws will be pictured or noted.
VG- .. Usually the lowest rating I will list an LP at. Same as VG but defects are more pronounced. May have more than 1 scratch but still not one that repeats. This record will still be enjoyable but there will almost definitely be background sound. I have sold many rare 78s and older acetates at this grade and buyers have almost always been quite pleased. , In this condition flaws will be pictured or noted.100% ACCURACY IN GRADING RECORDS IS A JOB FOR SUPERMAN!
At times defects will show up differently on different players. For instance,
depending on the weight that a tone arm is set at or the quality of the stylus
