HARRY PARTCH DELUSION OF THE FURY
TRIPLE LP BOX SET

Rare, original, excellently packaged 1971 LP Columbia Masterworks 3-LP  box set (cat. no. M2 30576). Made in USA.

The first recording of this work, conducted by Danlee Mitchell and supervised by Harry Partch.

Comes in original box jacket with inner sleeve notes and photo of Harry Partch.

Also comes with 8-page 12" vinyl sized booklet with text ("The world's catching up with Harry Partch. He still doesn't give a damn."!) and color pictures of Partch and his uniquely designed and self-made instruments.

Has 2 LPs of the performance of 'Delusion of the Fury' and a third LP, "EXTRA: A Glimpse into the World of Harry Partch", of Mr. Partch demonstrating and talking about his instruments and music.

Original pressing with 1A matrix.


Condition: outer of box has slight wear/marks, generally very good. Inner of box excellent. Vinyl: disc 1 excellent. Disc 2 excellent. Instruments LP side 1 excellent, side 2 has slight surface marks, generally at least very good. Booklet excellent.

This is from my own collection and has been looked after with great care. I will ship with a protective card stiffener in the packaging.
