If you're looking at this auction, then I need not explain how extremely rare this is. You are bidding on the debut release, on cassette, by Harry Pussy, featuring the amazing Bill Orcutt. I bought two copies of this cassette way back in 1993; the one you are bidding on is UNPLAYED and MINT. Unless someone out there can tell me definitively, it is my understanding there were no more than 100 made. This was hard to find even soon after it was first released!
NOTE this is a CASSETTE and not an LP or CD.

GRADING
I grade vinyl very conservatively. I don't just sell records, I buy them for myself as well. I will never sell a record that is less than VG+. The only records I will grade Mint are sealed records, and even then will note cover condition. I do not rate records Near Mint. The next-highest rating for me is Excellent.
Mint = sealed
EX = like new condition, little to no wear visible
EX- = may have a sleeve mark or two that does not make noise, or slight sign of handling, but still plays excellent
VG+ = no major flaws, looks good and plays great, occasional minor pop or click, used but not abused
