This is the original multi-color cloud label!
Leading off with "Never Learned to Dance," one of his most frenetic singles, Averne certainly didn't let up for his second album. The opener is a great piece of boogaloo popcorn, with a background of punchy brass and wild-man electric piano solos. The first side of The Harvey Averne Dozen alternates vocal tracks (usually slow-dance period pieces) with some hot instrumentals, more in a funk vein than salsa. The album wins out with instrumentals like the original "Dynamite" and the Beatles cover "I Feel Fine."

The Jacket is Excellent with some edge wear and minor corner dings. The Binder is Excellent. There are no marks or tears. One very minor split at top opening "1/4".
The Vinyl is Excellent, VG++. A few hairlines which do not affect play and very nice luster.
The labels have a name on both sides, and the label on side B was affixed "off-center", but does not affect play.

All items are packed securely in new record mailers with bubble wrap. The Record and jacket are separated in 3mil protective outer sleeves. The package is tight and cornered to avoid damage during transport.
For domestic shipping anywhere in the US add $1.00 for each additional record.
