Record Grades
SS (Still Sealed) - Has not been opened, record is presumably mint.
M- (Near Mint) - Record has not been used, or only listened to a couple times.
EX (Excellent) - Record has been used, but looks very clean. May have light, minor surface marks.
VG (Very Good) - Record has been used moderately, may have several scratches or surface marks, but shouldn't skip.
G (Good) - Record used heavily, may have multiple marks and scratches, may have some crackling and popping, but still playable.
F (Fair) / P (Poor) - I rarely sell any records with these conditions.

Cover Grades
NA (Not Applicable) - Cover is Generic or Plain. Not a collector's item.
SS (Still Sealed) - Has not been opened, jacket is mint.
M- (Near Mint) - Jacket is not sealed, but is in almost perfect condition.
EX (Excellent) - Jacket has been used and handled, but overall looks good. May have a ring line, or bent corner, but nothing severe and no tears.
VG (Very Good) - Jacket has been handled moderately, but still protects the record well, may be discolored, and have moderate edge, ring and corner wear
G (Good) - Still holds up after heavy usage. Has lots of edge, corner, and ring wear. May have creases or tears.
F (Fair) / P (Poor) - Jacket is falling apart.
