HAWKWIND - ELECTRIC TEPEE
A superb, little played copy of this 1993 Hawkwind rarity with gorgeous condition gatefold and stunning stereo sound quality throughout
Year/Label : 1992 ESSENTIAL! Label number : ESDLP 181 Matrix numbers : A BILBO. PORKY PRIME CUT. DAMONT A ESSLP 181 A1, PORKY. ESSLP 181 B1 | DAMONT B, A PORKY PRIME PRIMER. DAMONT C ESSLP 181 C1, A BILBO - PORKY PRIMER. DAMONT ESSLP 181 D1 | DNear mint (NM) condition vinyls : Gorgeous, flat and jet black sheen vinyls, each played only a very few times and virtually unmarked. If you look very closely under a bright light you may just be able to detect a the odd random tiny surface mark (negligible), and on side 3 a tiny (5mm) and very, very thin hairline which does result in x15 very, very light clicks (you will need to listen hard to notice them) at the very end of C1 ("Mask Of The Morning")...apart from this very minor aberration superb! The labels are in similarly excellent plus (EX+) condition - near perfect with the only blemishes being a few extremely faint spindle trails adjacent to the centre hole on each label. An excellent plus (EX+) condition outer gatefold sleeve - many would grade as "near mint" I am sure. Very difficult to fault, with firm edges, no edge fraying or corner scuffing, no edge scuffing with the exception of a single 2cm very light scuff (more of a graze than a scuff - see photo) accompanied by a tiny scuff nick on the top reverse side edge and a couple of other tiny and virtually insignificant top edge "nicks", no creasing, no unwanted writing, and all beautiful art work, colours, photos and text are vibrant with perfect definition still. The whole gatefold has a brilliant new crisp feel about it. Truly excellent plus (EX+) stereo sound quality with no sticks, skips, repeats, distortion, or background crackle and clicking is non-existent apart from the aforementioned x15 very, very light rotational clicks at the end of "Mask Of the Morning". A terrific listen from start to finish. Comes with original plain white inner sleeves with no edge splits or creasing, just a little mild age discolouration on each. Note that I always ship the vinyl in a new plain white inner sleeve in order to protect the original. A brilliant condition and little played copy of this 1992 limited edition Hawkwind rarity with the band at full throttle!

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
