Original gimmick die-cut sleeve. A couple of tiny tears to the die-cut section as commonly found. Spine lettering remains fully legible.
Description:
Original UK 1971 second pressing of In Search Of Space by Hawkwind released on United Artists with 1U/4U matrices.
The vinyl visually grades VG++ with a few faint hairlines visible under bright light, though surfaces remain especially glossy and clean overall with very minimal spindle wear present on the labels.
Playback remains strong throughout with only faint occasional surface crackle present and many sections playing at Excellent level.
The original gimmick die-cut sleeve grades near excellent overall. There are a couple of tiny tears around the die-cut section, which is very common for this fragile design, though the sleeve remains structurally very solid overall with fully legible spine text.
Importantly, this copy still retains the original logbook insert, which remains in superb condition and is often missing from many surviving copies.
Carefully cleaned and fully play tested prior to listing. Vinyl also checked carefully for warping and dishing. This copy remains very flat.
