Description
This is a double live LP, with triple fold-out sleeve, designed by the great Barney Bubbles. The sleeve is VG+. The outer side is not laminated, and printed on fairly thin card, with a sheen. The sleeve design involves much unfolding, so it is not surprising the edges are rubbed. There are no splits, or tears, and only minimal light creasing to a couple of panels. The inner side is matt, clean, and unmarked.
The original inner sleeves are present. They are uncreased, though both have a small split in the middle of the bottom edge. One also has a small side split, and some fountain pen writing, with a date, at the top.
The vinyl is clean, and shiny, on both discs. They play with no defects at all, other than a few crackles in the silences. I have graded disc 1 as EX-, as there is a dull patch on Side one, about the size of a thumb print, which I feel must be a manufacturing fault. I have listened carefully to all four sides, and this mark is completely inaudible. There are a few paper marks, again totally inaudible. The labels are clean, with scrap vinyl still clinging to the centre holes. Matrix no's. 60037 A-2U 60037 B-2U 60038 A-2U 60038 B-2U
