Machined matrices: A-1U  B-1U indicating the very first batch straight from the master. GD and GG mothers indicate the earliest possible pres from within the first week of issue!! Also has "A PORKY PRIME CUT" etched into the run-out groove.

So, so hard to find, this Hawkwind all time classic album as a very earliest issue with the fold out shield sleeve!! Splendid  prog album in great EX condition!!   I am very happy to be able to present this fantastic and ULTRA rare album . This will be a great first acquisition as well as a terrific upgrade!!! 

H SIDES. 

THE STEREO REPRODUCTION IS SUPERB AND EVERY NOTE IS HEARD CLEARLY AND CRISPLY WITHOUT DISTORTION.  THERE IS MILD STATIC IN PLACES. NEEDLESS TO SAY, NO STICKS OR JUMPS!

Gatefold sleeve:  EX. This is the original gatefold sleeve without any writing and just one corner crease. The spine is 100% and overall the sleeve is in lovely shape without anything untoward. It has only one tiny area of storage wear on the top edge back gate of about 3 cm, all other edges are in beautiful unworn condition without any rubbing at all.The edges and opening are super crisp and this sleeve will be an upgrade to most collectors. 

Vinyl: VG+ to EX. Fantastic classic vinyl with a beautiful sheen. It retains a nice gloss and plays throughout without any faults. Only a couple of light hairlines can be seen under a strong light. Of course nothing major or deep at all. This is the very first press as witnessed by the matrices and the mothers. Needless to say NO jumps, sticks, clicks or ticks. This will be a fantastic upgrade for most long time collectors!!

This also has the original inner sleeve which is often missing for this album.

This is a unique investment opportunity!!! The next prog album to go completely through the roof. Finding this album in any condition at all is nearly impossible so late in the day. Get this while you still can. This value of the album is only going to go one way ... up and up ... until it will be totally unavailable at all for a reasonable price.
