HAWKWIND "In Search Of Space" 1971 UK UA 1st PRESS NM COMPLETE, SUPERB

This record has been vacuum machine cleaned and test played in full on quality hi-fi. My grading is based on the UK record collector grading system.  I will gladly combine postage on multiple items so check out my other records. Thanks

Details:- From my own personal collection - HAWKWIND "In Search Of Space" 1971 UK UA 1st PRESS NM FOLD-OUT SLEEVE, 1st TEXTURED LOG BOOK, ORIGINAL UK UNITED ARTISTS (UAG 29202) FIRST PRESSING (October 1971) (AND AS THE FIRST PRESSING IT HAS THE CONTINUOUS PLAY INTO THE SIDE ONE RUN-OFF GROOVE)

PRESSED ON QUALITY HEAVYWEIGHT VINYL WITH THE FIRST BEIGE UA LABELS  FIRST ISSUE MATRICES: UAG 29202 A-1U / UAG 29202 B-2U MOTHERS/STAMPERS: 3/RO and 1/P THE RECORD IS HOUSED IN THE ORIGINAL FOLD OUT SLEEVE WITH INTERNAL LYRICS "Printed and made by the E. J. Day Group, London and Bedford" WITH THE ORIGINAL FIRST ISSUE 24 PAGE LOG BOOK PRINTED ON DELICATE TEXTURED PAPER WITH DARK BLUE INK.
THE INNER SLEEVE IS PLAIN WHITE WITH BLACK 'PATENTS' TEXT

Vinyl Condition:-  NEAR MINT The record has been fully tested played on the following. Rega RP3 Deck, Rega Elicit-R Amp, Rega RS5 Speakers

Sleeve Condition:- EX+ TO NEAR MINT. TOP CONDITION, RARE TO FIND THIS INTRICATE INTERLOCKNG SLEEVE IN AS GOOD CONDITION AS THIS. THERE ARE NONE OF THE USUAL TEARS, CREASES AND FOLDS AROUND THE OPENING OF THE SLEEVE. THERE IS JUST A TINY HINT OF WEAR ON  COUPLE OF CORNERS ON THE INSIDE, OTHERWISE THIS MOST DELICATE AND OFTEN DAMAGED PART OF THE SLEEVE IS PERFECT. ON THE FRONT LEFT HAND SIDE, NEAR THE SPINE, THERE IS A VERY MILD CREASE RUNNING DOWN THE SIDE BUT AGAIN THIS IS LIGHT. THERE IS VERY MILD WEAR IN THE ODD PLACE AROUND THE EDGES, NOTHING SERIOUS AT ALL. THIS INTRICATE, DARK NON-LAMINATED SLEEVE RARELY SURVIVES AS WELL AS THIS ONE.
THE BOOKLET (LOG BOOK) IS ALSO IN NEAR MINT CONDITION.

Label Condition:- EX+ A FEW FAINT SPINDLE MARKS

I always reduce postage on multiple items. Each additional item will only be charged 50% the original postage cost worldwide.  Check out my other rare vinyls!

ALL MY ITEMS ARE REFUNDABLE ON RETURN IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH YOUR ITEM

 Grading Abbreviations

Grading below is as stated from UK Record Collector. I also use +/- for records that fall somewhere between a grade

Mint (M)

The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent (EX)

The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG)

The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable

Good (G)

The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc

Fair (F)

The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

Poor (P)

The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing

Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler
