Hawkwind---"Warrior On The Edge Of Time"---Rarity With Label Spelling Mistake, "Magno" Instead Of "Magnu"---Nice EX Copy Of This Original UK 1st Pressed Album On The Dream United Artists Label---Multi Fold "Shield" Sleeve And Insert---A-2U/B-1U From 1975

Here we have an original UK 1st pressed album in stereo from 1975 on the cream United Artists label with a cat. no. UAG 29766 and matrices A-2U & B-1U.
Vinyl: EX+. The vinyl is in superb condition and has a lovely deep gloss shine. It plays with lovely audio. Amazing sound!!
Labels: NM. The labels are in wonderful condition with no marks and have virtually no spindle marking. Track 1, side 2 is misprinted as "Magno" instead of "Magnu" making this a very rare copy indeed!!!
Sleeve: EX. The multifoldfold sleeve is in really nice condition with a little edge, corner and spine wear. It is still very square and solid and opens up to form the shield without any damage. Inner sleeve is also nice and solid with some edge and ring wear.

I have received a very nice email from a guy called Mike in Dallas, Texas, who knows more about Hawkwind and their records than anyone else in the world and has informed me that I have missed off the details of another "error" where "Demented Man" is printed as "Demented King" on the label....also it would appear that all the labels are like this and he would love to have one that is actually correct....I guess this would be the real rarity, if it exists. He did tell me, however, that the sleeve that is on my copy of this album, is the rarest of 3 types of shield fold out that were made and this does make it rarer. He also commented that this looks like a nice copy.
Great to communicate with him....thanks Mike, I always value the extra knowledge as y mind seems to absob these things for ever more....but when the wife asks me to pick up a bottle of milk at the shop, I always forget!!! I wonder why that happens????
