I am of the opinion that Side A plays NM, Side B plays VG++ to NM.  .  

We offer a satisfaction guaranteed or your money back, or if agreed upon by both parties, a partial refund.  It is that simple.  We want your trust and your future business.  We are also going to be offering shipping discounts for multiple purchases from 25% and higher (depending upon how much one spends) off the total shipping price, and in some cases, we will include it in with the purchase.  For repeat customers, we will most likely try to do even more than what is written.    We don't want high shipping rates to exclude anyone from bidding on these records.  . 

SHIPPING:  Shipping calculator below set on first class mail.  We ship in heavy cardboard boxes which are designed for shipping 45 records.  Have not had one customer complaint using these boxes. 

PAYMENT METHODS:  We accept PayPal for all credit card, fund transfers, and e-Check payments.  When using an electronic check, please note that we cannot ship your item until PayPal notifies us of clearance.  We also accept money orders and cashier's checks.  We would rather not accept personal and/or business checks due to the length of time it takes for clearance.  However, if that is your preferred way of paying, or no other option is available to you and you are really interested, please drop us a line before you place your bid. 

RETURNING ITEMS:  As stated above, we are offering a satisfaction guaranteed or your money back (of if agreed upon by both parties, a partial refund).  However, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt.  If the record is returned, it must be received within 7 days of receipt.  If the unforeseen happens and the record would get damaged in transit, either to the buyer or in case of a return, the buyer agrees to wait to collect their refund from the appropriate shipper.  If you do not insure your package, we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items.
