ARTIST: HEART ALBUM: DREAMBOAT ANNIE LABEL: MUSHROOM (MRS-5005) VINYL: SEALED (presumed to be mint - sold as is) COVER: VG++ (one prominent crease on back at spine w/ only an additional wrinkle on front along bottom seam and two more on back along bottom seam as well, a hint of wear/rubbing along both top and bottom seams - hardly worth mentioning - w/ one small area of wear at center of spine, a touch of wear to all 4 corners which have all pushed thru shrink every so slightly, small area of staining/discoloration at both top right corner on front and corresponding area on back at top left corner - more visible on back of cover - as well as at bottom left corner on back, shrink fully intact w/ breathe holes and a couple small splits in shrink along top seam and at both right corners along opening w/ a small tear on back at top near seam and very small piece missing at top left corner on back, hype sticker affixed to shrink)
