HEART DREAMBOAT ANNIE Mushroom Records MRS-5005
1976 First U.S. pressing
Manufactured at PRC Recording Company, Richmond, Indiana (as we can tell from the matrix sequences in the runouts, shown below) :

Vinyl is PLAY-TESTED in MINT condition. We do not use this grade lightly, especially with vintage original vinyl!
It was a joy to play-test this record. Previous owner must have played this once every ten years, if ever. (Visually: no scratches, no scuffs; deep groove, glossy; like-new)
Gatefold cover is NEAR MINT (square and flat; fresh and glossy surface with no stains, no creases or bends, no seam splits; no ring wear; no storage odors, clean and fresh; no cut-out marks; colors are sharp, without fading). NON-SMOKING HOME
Inner sleeve is flawless.

Packed carefully by an eBay seller (since 1999) who's been around --we're vinyl collectors as well as sellers so we know the proper box and padding materials to use...and wish everyone else did! (see the final image)
LP itself will be in a separate inner sleeve and mailed outside of the record cover to ensure no seam splits occur during shipping. Priority Mail will be used in the U.S., First Class Package International mailing outside the U.S.
