This is a gently used lp by HEARTBREAKERS titled LIVE AT MAX'S KANSAS CITY. This album was released by Max's Kansas City Records in 1979. It's #D.T.K. 213, Stereo. This is a first pressing with matrix MASTERDISK in the vinyl trail off area on both sides. This band is from NYC and it was formed by ex-New York Dolls member JOHNNY THUNDERS. This lot includes the original insert that came inside the jacket. But also included is a very rare flyer advertising the release of the album with various reviews and comments from the likes of Village Voice, Trouser Press, New Musical Express and others. See the pics for further details. The flyer (8 1/2" x 11") is in good to very good condition. It has a small tear from a pinhole on the upper left corner. In my opinion, it was probably stuck with a thumbtack to a wall, cork board or something similar and was torn off and pocketed. There's creases from it being folded (to a size 2 1/2" x 4") and either put into a wallet or someone's pocket back in '79. The jacket is in good to good plus condition. It shows some wear all around the edges, the spine and it's most evident around the corners. It also has some scratches and ringwear both front & back. The jacket is intact. The vinyl is good plus to very good, clean & shiny. Barely any marks on it at all. So will something unseen affect play or be audible is unknown to me & depends on your equipment. This vinyl is examined by the naked eye under lights. I don't have the equipment to play test the album. The original inner sleeve is in very good condition. And the original insert is in very good condition. As of this writing, this album & the contents are appx 45 years old. JUST BE AWARE OF THIS INFO WHEN BUYING! THIS ITEM IS SOLD AS IS.
