Description
This is a fine original U.S. pressing copy of the debut LP by LA group Hearts and Flowers, released in 1967. The group played in a pop/folk/country style not unlike the better known Grass Roots. Their debut features a mix of original compositions and covers ranging from fellow LA group the Kaleidoscope's "Please" (also released as a single) to Donovan's "Try for the Sun" to Tim Hardin's "Reason to Believe." The jacket is still in the original shrink wrap. It has a “FREE” stamp in one corner (see photo), but is otherwise close to pristine (EX). The disc is clean with a little light scuffing, and plays all but M- with a little light surface noise on side 2 (EX+). The record comes with the original label inner sleeve.
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
If you'd like to order multiple items, I'll happily combine them so that you won't have to pay multiple shipping charges.
