So, after five decades of collecting vinyl and Hi-Fi, the time has finally come to downsize.  Over the next few months, with great reluctance, I will be gradually selling off my treasured collection of records, cds and hi-fi equipment.  It will take a while !!!
For instant sale is an excellent condition copy of a first pressing of 'BAND OF GYPSYS' - the live album from 1970 by JIMI HENDRIX.  It is a first pressing on the TRACK label and has the catalogue number 2406 002.  It comes in the rare, withdrawn 'PUPPET' sleeve which is the rarest and most sought-after version of this album.
The overall condition of both the sleeve and vinyl is at least excellent.  It has hardly been played and would be a superb addition to any record collection. 
The sleeve is in excellent condition with hardly any marks or wear at all.  However, there are a couple of 'wear marks' at the top of the rear sleeve which you should be able to see in the photos and a little bit of light 'edgewear' and 'cornerwear'.  No writing or other marks.  The spine is clear and fully readable.  Please study all the photos to see the condition for yourself.   The labels are in excellent condition with just a few 'spindle trails'.  The record is also in really excellent condition with just a few light surface marks from the inner sleeve.  It plays superbly with only occasional light surface noise and an occasional 'pop'.  I honestly think you would be hard-pressed to find a better example of this incredible album. The album will be wrapped in bubblewrap before posting to ensure that it does not get damaged on its journey.  I will dispatch it in a proper record mailer and will post within one working day of purchase by second class 'tracked' post so that it gets on its way to you as soon as possible.
