Here's a nice medley of Canterbury prog, import progressive, RIO, and avant rock LPs this week. Henry Cow/ 1st LP (Legend). Virgin VR 13-107. Orig. US 1973 pressing. Cover is EX- w. some minor sleeve bends; LP is NM. Fantastic premiere from the most adventurous Canterbury prog group of all time. Hints of Zappa, Schoenberg, free jazz, and mock medieval folk rock.
