Condition

Visually the vinyl is VG+ (possibly VG++) with some light handling marks which proved to be superficial when placed on the turntable.  Played great; smoothly, with strong fidelity.

The cover is VG with some visible signs of wear.  There is a splash of black ink on the front cover (upper right corner; adjacent to the house).
