Two early electronic music LPs by Herbert Eimert (1897-1972), a German music theorist, musicologist, journalist, music critic, editor, radio producer, and composer. Together with sound engineer colleague Robert Beyer, he succeeded in founding the famous electronic studio in 1951. From 1953, Eimert invited Karlheinz Stockhausen & Gottfried Michael Koenig to work in the studio he directed until 1962. His original records are somewhat scarce, especially in the U.S.

The 10" does not include the original text insert, and the spine-side of the album sleeve is somewhat damaged due to age. Vinyl = Excellent. The Elektronische Musik 12" LP includes an 8-page album-size insert of text in German (partially shown in one of the sample pictures). Condition of this LP is: Cover = Excellent; Vinyl = Near Mint.
