Condition:
Vinyl: "VG++","RARE BLUE NOTE RELEASE 12 INCH"...from 1964,..4 SONGS,EXCELLENT COPY,VERY CLEAN,.EXCELLENT original COPY.."EXCELLENT JAZZ, MODAL JAZZ,POST BOP JAZZ,BOP JAZZ"..A really nice specimen,but used record that may have a light scratch.It may play with a few pops,but has no serious problems.Still glossy with a lot of life left in it.

RECORD GRADING: Records are both play graded and visually graded. I only deal in collectible quality items. I don't bother with records with cracks, chips, skips, warps, or major wear. The grading system described below I think is the one everyone is familiar with. 

45 RPM Grading System:

• SS (New Still Sealed) = New store stock or otherwise unopened, factory fresh product
• NM = Essentially new or near new with only one or two small insignificant visual anomalies
• Ex = Still a very nice record with all or nearly all of its original gloss but may have a few more light surface marks, hairlines, needle tracks or the like which won't materially effect play
• VG+ = A really nice specimen, but used record that may have a series of light scuffs or scratches.  It may play with a few pops, but has no serious problems. Still glossy with a lot of life left in it
• VG = An acceptable, well-played record that still should sound good, but may have moderate surface noise, pops, etc.
• G = Not actually good at all but probably will play through but with much in a way of surface noise, pops, crackles, etc. Still, will have no cracks, chips or the like

RECORD GRADING: LP & 12 INCH....45 RPM Grading System:

MINT..UNPLAYED..never on turntable
NM/M- (Near Mint): Like new, looks unplayed.
VG+: A few very faint surface marks, nothing that will affect play
VG: A few more marks than a VG+. Used but not abused...sleeve marks or wax marks
VG-: Light scuffs and light scratches, there will be light surface wear to the record. Expect some light surface noise in parts or a few clicks or pops here and there.
