Description

You are bidding on the classic “Maiden Voyage” by Herbie Hancock. This is the mono pressing on the Blue Note Label with deep groove on side 1 only with plastylite “ears” and Van Gelder stampings on both sides. A true first pressing!


The LP has been visually and play graded in EX condition. A few light superficial scuffs/scratches that don’t affect play. Very shiny. A beautiful copy of this rarity!


The cover rates VG condition. The top seam and spine are strong. The bottom seam has wear (split in middle and toward the mouth of the sleeve). Shelf wear on back and front. Stain on back bottom. No other flaws or imperfections to speak of. I’ve taken pix of all the aforementioned issues to give you as much evidence of the cover’s condition.
