Description

HERBIE HANCOCK TAKIN' OFF 1962 LP G+ Vinyl Audio File VG Mono RVG Blue Note 4109

Offering an original copy of Herbie Hancock's "Takin' Off"  featuring Freddie Hubbard, Dexter Gordon, Butch Warren and Billy Higgins.  Released in 1962 on Blue Note, with engineering by Rudy Van Gelder, this legendary mid century audio file can be yours for years of enjoyment.

Vinyl: G+;  Audio: VG;  Cover: VG;  Sleeve: VG+

• Vinyl visual is G+ condition.  Album has been ultrasonically cleaned.  Very clean overall.  Center hole intact no stress, nice and flat (no warps).  Grade is for light surface scratches/lines and scuffs overall, most could not be felt with a clean fingertip, others very light feel.  

• Audio is VG (based on several samplings and not an entire play through).  Plays very nicely, has faint surface noise and some soft pops, yet not so distracting and still a fabulously, enjoyable listen.  Audio clip available upon request if you have any concerns.

• Cover is VG condition.  Sturdy, flat and not warped.  .  Images may have reflections of clear plastic seal and are not flaws in the item itself. See photos for details.

• Sleeves: Original Sleeve is VG+ one small ~ 1" split at bottom.  New Sleeve is EX Anti Static Anti - Archival - Non Scratching.
