Dead Wax: "VAN GELDER" machine stamp on both sides. "ear" mark on both sides.
Format: "33 ? microgroove LONG PLAYING" MONO

Cover Condition: NM / VG+ / VG / GOOD

Front/Back: Laminated cover, some minor storage wear, small scratch paper tear on right of back cover, no seam split.
