Here’s the album that started it all for Little Richard. The copy we are offering here is an original United States Mono pressing on the yellow, black and white Deep Groove Specialty Label. The record is a flat edge pressing and manufactured on heavy weight pre-vinyl material. This is about as cool as it gets for Little Richard LPs!
COVER: The only thing keeping the jacket from grading a nice VG+ is some seam splitting- 2 inches on the top right and 8 inches on the bottom right. For this reason, the cover grades VG.
VINYL: This record is a nice survivor. It’s had a few plays but certainly not a large number of plays. The record shows a bit of scuffing and scratching but nothing that can be felt on the grooves. There are also a few small and light raised areas on the record which occurred during manufacturing but these cause no playing problems at all. It grades a nice VG+.
