Description

Holy grail psych rock/folk double LP by HERON entitled Twice As Nice & Half The Price. This is an ultra-rare Australian pressing from 1972 on ASTOR Records (SPLP 1385/2). Not even listed on discogs. Never seen this pressing before!


The vinyl is in Excellent condition overall.


Record 1 Side 1 is Excellent

Record 1 Side 2 is EX/NM

Record 2 Side 2 is VG+/EX (one very light long scratch - not feelable + a few very light paper scuffs) Side 1 is VG+/EX with paper scuffs and a couple of very small light scratches...

Records play perfectly with no issues. Sound is great.


The sleeve is in Excellent condition overall - has “4.99” written lightly in pen on cover - see pics. All seams intact. No postcard.


If you haven’t heard this record, check it out. There’s really nothing like it. Sweet, loose rural psych folk and rock with great singing and playing. Check out the song “Madman” for a good idea of the album.
