Very scarce these days and very rare! No reason to write anything, this is just a superb record! This record due to the pressing always has a pop here and there.
I'd give the cover a VG + as it has a small cut notch at the bottom, a small place on the top left corner and some specs of edge wear. The Record is mostly Mint Minus. Private press D.E.I. 00975.6
