Description

This is an extremely rare original MONO pressing of the excellent HI WE'RE THE MIRACLES LP by THE MIRACLES on Tamla Records (TM-220) from 1961.  A fantastic pioneering soul/funk/R&B album from this legendary group, produced by BERRY GORDY, JR.  The vinyl is in G+ condition with lots of visible surface marks and wear and some audible surface noise (light crackle); not for the most demanding audiophiles, but an enjoyable copy that sounds better than it looks and the music punches through the noise, thanks to a quality 60's mono pressing).  The cover is in G condition with some scuffs, scrapes, dings, a tiny amount of descriptive writing next to the tracklist on the front cover ("jive", "boss", "tough", "sharp", etc.), as pictured.  Both top and bottom seams are completely split, but the spine is perfectly intact.  Repairs have been attempted with scotch tape of the seam splits on both top and bottom edges; the top edge is still held together by the tape, but the bottom is split.  Don't pass up a rare gem like this!
