Recorded as a direct-to-disc release, Concord also ran a direct to two-track tape, simultaneously. So, the sound here is absolutely stunning, well defined, and open.

Great selections from Almeida, Brown, Hamilton, and Shank include NOUVEAU BACH, CARINHOSO, JUST FRIENDS, LOVE MEDLEY, and SPAIN.

Cover is without fault; record within will play near mint.
