     HIGH SPEED AND THE AFFLICTED MAN - "Get Stoned Ezy":  Years before The Bevis Frond & all of the other similar latter-day heavy neo-acidrockers, there was this 1982 beast, which may beat all in the genre...this is a serious acidrock trio led by singer-guitarist STEVE HALL(who wrote all of the lyrics & music & produced it--& did the LP sleeve, to boot) slingin' his Strat like nobody's bizness... I'm talkin' serious, serious jam action--wild, strong, ballzzy, acid-y guitars non-stop for the entire LP(3 cuts/32:00--figger out the Jam Quotient fer yerself!!)!!  Hard, blasting guitar psych.  Amazing.  Even though this was recorded live in the studio by a guitar-bass-drums trio, I swear my ears hear 2 guits flyin' all over the place.  Minimal vocals.  "Get Stoned Ezy", "Zip Ead", & "Sun Sun".  Stated on the back cover is this:  "WARNING:  THIS RECORD IS VERY POWERFUL & COULD GIVE YOU EARHOLE DAMAGE".  Originally released in 1982, the copy I'm offering here is an Italian(or so it says on the LP jacket...) reissue from years ago issued on Rock Toilet Records in a thin card stock fold-over/wrap-around cover housed in a clear, open, plastic sleeve.  As was typical with LP's from that part of the world, this probably was never sealed even when it was newly-released, but since I got a quantity of this LP(and others) directly from a U.S. vendor's/warehouse's stock years ago--all in this same condition--it's probably unplayed, as it looks to be in as-new condition like the day it was pressed.

U.S.A.:                                  $4 via Media Mail for 1 or 2 records shipped anywhere in the 50 States. Fifty cents will be added for each additional record
