A two-LP set in a golden box! A 20-page large format libretto! Complete recording of the NBC broadcast/December 1 & 8, 1946. Arturo Toscanini conducts the NBC Symphony Orchestra in an unforgettable performance of Verdi’s “LA TRAVIATA”. A magnificent cast that has never been matched since! Licia Albanese, Jan Peerce, Robert Merrill, Maxine Stellman, etc., etc. The LPs are on the RCA Victrola dark pink label (mono) pressed in England. The set number is AT 202.
