Description
Here is an extremely rare set of six radio show transcription LPs containing all episodes of a syndicated 1970's radio documentary on the history and development of FM radio. It includes extended musical segments on the Beatles, the Stones and the Grateful Dead, as well as tracks by Pink Floyd, the Doors, Buffalo Springfield, Frank Zappa and MC5. It also features original interviews with Donovan, Stephen Stills, Bob Weir, Bob Seger and Greg Lake, as well as deejays Rachel Donahue and Elliot Mintz, among others. All six LPs are in excellent or near-mint condition with some faint sleeve marks. The generic black outer box is a bit tattered and split on the corners. This copy includes the cue sheets for three of the LPs, along with a title sheet and other paperwork.
