16 Vintage "HIT Records Label" 7" / 45 RPM Singles!

"Hit Records" was a record company located in Nashville, Tennessee that specialized in sound alike cover versions of hit records! It was found in 1962 by Bill Beasley. "HIT Records" were sold in dime stores for 39 cents, which was less than half the price of the hit recordings that they were covering! "HIT Records" was located in the home for country music recording in the United States, "Nashville, Tennessee"! Performers such as Sam Moore, of Sam & Dave fame, performed on versions of these recordings! "HIT Records" folded in 1969! Many "HIT Records" are very collectible and many of the artists performing on these recordings have their own followings!
