Always very hard to find on an original issue, here's an exceptionally nice original copy of this classic EP, HITSVILLE U.S.A. No. 1 on the UK Tamla Motown imprint TME 2001 and featuring 4 great tracks as follows;
SIDE 1: "BABY DON'T YOU DO IT" by MARVIN GAYE and "I'LL ALWAYS LOVE YOU" by BRENDA HOLLOWAY
SIDE 2: "DEVIL IN HIS HEART" by CAROLYN CRAWFORD and "CANDY TO ME" by EDDIE HOLLAND
This copy plays perfectly throughout with great audible quality and remains in a strong excellent plus condition with only a light hint of crackle on the run-in and run-out groove and between tracks and with very light sleeve rubs and the odd surface scuff that does not affect play. It has the 4-prong centre intact and the labels are very clean on both sides with minimal evidence of spindle rub. Still paired with it's original picture cover that remains in a wonderful clean condition without any rips and with little in the way of creases. It does however sport it's original dealer sticker applied to the rear top right hand cover indicating the original supplying store to be from Denmark. Irrespective, a better copy would be hard to find and a perfect addition for the UK Motown EP collector (see picture scans).
