Donovan, HMS Donovan. A great copy of this hard to find double album with the very rare fold out poster.
Side One: The Walrus And The Carpenter; Jabberwocky; The Seller Of Stars; Lost Time; The Little White Road; The Star.
Side Two: Coulter's Candy; The Road; Things To Wear; The Owl And The Pussycat; Homesickness; Fishes In Love; Mr Wind; Wynken Blynken And Nod.
Side Three: Celia Of The Seals; The Pee Song; The Voyage Of The Moon; The Unicorn; Lord Of The Dance; Little Ben; Can Ye Dance.
Side Four: In An Old-Fashioned Picture Book; The Song Of Wandering Aengus; A Funny Man; Lord Of The Reedy River; Henry Martin; Queen Mab; La Moora.
The album is on Dawn Records, DNLD 4001. Matrix side one: DNLD 4001A-1 *T. Matrix side two: DNLD 4001B-1 *T. Matrix side three: DNLD 4001C-1 *T. Matrix side four: DNLD 4001D-1 *T.
Released in 1971. Unlaminated gatefold sleeve. Stereo.
Condition (as Record Collector's grading system): Vinyl side 1: excellent (no visible marks). Vinyl side 2: excellent (no visible marks). Vinyl side 3: excellent (a few fine scuff/scrape marks that do not affect the audio in any way). Vinyl side 4: very good (one visible scrape mark over tracks two and three that does not affect the audio in any way). Cover: excellent (some ringwear and a few small marks on outside of the cover on the back and front - see photo; and some wear at the corners. The inside of the gatefold is in great condition). Fold out poster: Excellent (wherethe poster is attached to the sleeve the tape has dried out and is coming away from the sleeve. This has not caused any damage to the poster or sleeve). The record plays like new with no jumps, skips or clicks and only has hardly any crackle.
I have tried to give my honest opinion as to the condition. I will give a complete refund to the buyer if they are not happy with the record.
