Description

This LP is on the earliest HMV gold/red label and is in mono (no stereo version exists).   
The sleevenotes on the rear of the sleeve, by Tureck herself, are dated 1958.
The sleeve is the original Mardons-made flip-back, laminated on both sides.
The matrix numbers on the run-outs are 2XEA 1516-1N and 1517-2N
The inner sleeve is HMV printed tissue-lined paper.
The LP will be supplied with a 30g protective PVC sleeve and packed in a commercial Defenda LP mailer made of corrugated cardboard (not the cheap flimsy variety).
Condition of Disc The disc is glossy, with no signs of spindle wear around the centre hole and looks unplayed.  I have listened to extracts and after wiping with a damp cloth, it plays beautifully, with negligible loss of high-end frequency.  I have very conservatively graded it as 'Excellent' (Record Collector grading system).
Condition of Sleeve The sleeve is free of writing, tears and sticky labels and shows only minor shelf/handling wear.  The front shows minor signs of creasing and ring wear and the laminate is beginning to lift along the left hand edge. Graded 'VG+'
