Description
For sale from my personal collection:
HMV ASD 401 STRAVINSKY: SYMPHONY IN 3 MOVEMENTS, LE CHANT DU ROSSIGNOL PHILHARMONIA ORCHESTRA CONSTANTIN SILVESTRI, CONDUCTOR
UK STEREO LP, WHITE/GOLD FIRST LABEL MATRIX: 2YEA 469-4/470-4
VINYL: VG. Record visually appears VG+. Both sides 1 and 2 play with clear and dynamic music. I am grading this VG as there is one brief series of 3 repetitive tics on side 2, and sides 1 and 2 play with some very low level surface noise (eg, occasional very light pops, crackles, or tics). This is mostly audible during the quieter passages of music but not noticeable (at least to my ears) during the medium to louder passages of music. This is, in my opinion, one of Silvestri's best sounding discs, and the music clearly delivers.
SLEEVE: VG. Laminated front cover with a few superficial marks. There is a 1 cm bottom seam split at the right edge and 2 cm top seam split in the middle; seams otherwise intact. Light age discoloration, ring wear, and small sticker on back cover. Please see photos.
