Description

1962 recording of J.S. Bach's Cantatas No. 211 (Coffee) and No. 212 (Peasant) performed in German by Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau, Lisa Otto and Josef Traxel with the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Karl Forster Vinyl is in excellent condition. I have only detected a small mark 1 cm near 2 o'clock on side 1 at the end of the record. The outer sleeve is in fine condition bar a bit of peeling of the laminate at the bottom strip on the back of the sleeve. There is also the remnant of a 'tag' top left front/ top right back. The original inner sleeve is also interesting for its pictures of recording artists of the day and 'Musical Centres of the World' Overall Grading Ex/Ex
