Description
HMV CSD 1499 1st UK pressing on Green and Gold labels. Very rare. With original EMI inner sleeve.
Play tested on my Linn Basik turntable fitted with Linn Akito tonearm, and fitted with an Ortofon 2M blue cartridge and stylus.
The LP looks in pristine condition with a couple of very very fine sleeve removal marks which can hardly be seen, however there are two loudish clicks during Side 1 track 2 (Greensleeves) and some very slight surface noise and three clicks during Side 2 track 1 (JS Bach Adagio & Allegro). Elsewhere it is fine, therefore EX + (+) grade, however I have received feedback on previous auctions commenting that my opinion on grading is very strict therefore may be EX + + condition.
