Holger Czukay - On the Way to the Peak of Normal (Japan, Trio Records/EMI Electrola, 1981, white label promo pressing with insert, no obi, I'm not sure whether this ever had one, as it seems many WLPs from this era did not have them) Cover: M- (2 promo stickers on back) Disc: M- (appears unplayed) with insert
Rare Japanese promo pressing of Can founding member Czukay's 2nd solo LP. in my opinion his best. Fabulous hypnotic krautrock grooves with Czukay's own brand of analog studio magic. With contributions from Can drummer Jaki Liebezeit, Jah Wobble, Conny Plank and members of the amazing NDW/punk/wave band S.Y.P.H.
