Side 1: Dead Wax FL-81 A2 and “Audio Matrix” as well as “BM Sound”. Date scratched in: “3/24/59”
Condition Side 1: EXC two small scratches at 6 0’clock. Marks around spindle hole 6-10.
Side 2: Dead Wax FL-82-1 and no scribed notation for “Audio Matrix” as on Side 1. Date scratched in: “3/24/62”
Condition of Side 2: EXC. Hairline scratch at 9 o’clock. Light nail marks at 10 o’clock and 6 o’clock. 10-12 SPINDLE MARKS.
COVER: Good. Split along top and spine, as well as half of bottom.
