Description

HOLST's "THE PLANETS", with SIR GEORGE SOLTI conducting THE LONDON PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA, released by AUDIOPHILE Pioneer MOBILE FIDELITY SOUND LAB (MFQR-1-510) in the early 80's and Pressed in JAPAN, is one of the Super Thick UHQR Series, of which only a half-dozen titles were released, before being discontinued. They were limited to 5000 copies or less. This LP and the rice inner sleeve come only in a plain White Cover, with NO BOX or other contents. It was an in-house promo at Mobile Fidelity, and was provided in this manner to some employees.

The LP is in MINT condition, and has Never been played, with NO visible spindle marks on the labels and not a mark or scratch of any kind on the thick, clean, quite glossy vinyl. The White Cover is also Mint.

There is no Reserve! What you see is what you get. I prefer a Money Order/Cashiers Check within 10 days of end of auction.
