Description

IF BIDDING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK THEN PLEASE NOTE THAT I USE EBAY'S GSP FOR POSTING. THESE COSTS CAN BE HIGH. I WILL NOT SEND IT ANY OTHER WAY.  For the UK this item will ONLY be sent SIGNED-FOR.
Unfortunately I need to cash in on some of my record collection to help fund my retirement and to make matters worse my car tax and MOT is coming up as well so .........................
For auction here is a nice UK copy of the Home LP 'The Alchemist'  and issued in the UK on the CBS label S 65550 in 1973. Their third LP released as a concept album.
Matrix numbers are as follows:-
Side 1 65550 A1 Side 2 65550 B1
The cover is Excellent, hardly anything wrong with it to be honest. I doubt it would come much better direct from the shop. Just very very minor marking and the slightest of a corner bend but I am being very critical here.

The records comes in, I believe, the correct inner CBS sleeve .
The vinyl is Excellent, any marks are extremely minor.
The labels are fine as are the spindle holes. CBS labels are notorious for easily showing-up spindle marks but, to be honest, I think you'll struggle to see any on this one either side..

Please bid with confidence as I have a 100% positive feedback rating.
I am willing to post multiple items abroad which will be tracked and signed-for. Payments for this method go direct through Paypal as Ebay's GSP does not cater for multiple item sales unfortunately.
I try to adhere as closely as possible to the Record Collector Magazine grading system which is shown below as a guide. I do ad + and - to gradings for intermediate conditions. Any record described as 'Mint' will mean 'Unplayed'.

RECORD COLLECTORS GRADING SYSTEM

Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable Good (G) Te record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc Fair (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. Poor (P) The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler
