Description
Up for auction is a copy of Surfin’ Down The Swanee River b/w Shoot The Curl, the debut 45 by The Honeys, released in 1963 on Capitol cat no 4952. Produced by Nick Venet & Brian Wilson, a-side composed by Brian too.
Condition: some minor surface marks (more so on the flip) but nothing to seriously affect play. Some wear to labels but no serious damage or writing etc. VG- all round. Sadly the sleeve is a repro.
My grades: I use a 10-point scale: M-; EX; VG+; VG; VG-; G+; G; G-; F (fair); P (poor). I never use mint as a grade for used records. I am a long-time (25+ years!) record collector, and play-grade where possible. I don’t use stock photos: the item pictured here is the item for sale. My feedback from buyers indicates I normally undergrade in listings. Even so, if you have any problems, I'll give you your money back (less shipping costs), no questions asked. Buy with confidence!
