Description
Hoot Roberts - Invitation To The Blues vinyl LP on Choco Records (Marquette, Michigan). Cover has some serious water damage which can be clearly seen in photos - the mid left portion of the cover is completely torn away, exposing the cardboard below. Spine is fully intact though - and no seam splits, cover is still solid. Cover is also autographed on back - see photo. This is a tough one to grade, but I'm grading cover G-.
Record has many light scratches and scuffs, looks worse than it plays. Some noise, pops, ticks, skips etc. but sounds decent so I'm grading this G. Still very playable and might play better with a serious cleaning.
Also included is a promo photo of Hoot Roberts and is signed in pen - looks great! Photo was tucked inside LP cover so it also has some water damage which can be seen on the back of the photo, but is not real noticeable on front.
If you're looking at this one, you probably know how rare it is. I did some research and the last one sold was in 2013 for $85!
