Description

The original Blue Note 4062 New York USA 1960 first impression with Rudy Van Gelder's stamp (RVG) & ear on both run-out grooves. The label is crisp and unmarked & the vinyl is the cleanest of any I presently or have recently seen here or elsewhere . I have made no attempts to clean this record chemically or otherwise - no need as it was barely played and properly stored. The laminated cover is bright and clean. There is some very minor visible shelf-wear to the corners.  BNLP 4062 A & BLNP 4062 B matrix. THIS is the copy that will make you happy you lost out on the recently closed auction which went for $400 ;)
Horace Parlan - Piano, George Tucker - Bass, Al Harewood - Drums, Ray Baretto - Conga
* Headin' South, The Song Is Ended, Summertime, Low Down, Congalegre, Prelude To A Kiss, Jim Loves Sue, My Mother's Eyes *
