Horace Silver Quintet - 6 Pieces Of Silver - Blue Note BLP-1539 original deep groove, flat edge, "Lexington Ave" label first pressing of seminal modern jazz mono lp from 1957. Record is Good (numerous light scratches, light surface noise throughout); cover is Good (opaque tape on lower seam). Donald Byrd - trumpet, Hank Mobley - tenor, Horace Silver - piano, Doug Watkins - bass, Louis Hayes - drums. Engineered by Rudy Van Gelder ("RVG" and ear both sides). Nice!
