Original 1st Issue MONO Record Album LP made in the U.S.A. in the 1960's by BLUE NOTE (BLP 4220)
- NEW YORK USA Labels on both sides
- VAN GELDER is stamped in the run off grooves on both sides
- 43 West 61st St., New York 23 address along the bottom edge on the back cover
RECORD CONDITION: NEAR MINT / not far from MINT-
- both sides play great, like new
- Labels show very little to no wear, a few small extremely light spindle marks on each side
- the original BLUE NOTE company inner sleeve is included
COVER CONDITION: Strong VG+ to EXCELLENT
- there is extremely light wear at the tips of 3 corners, light wear with a couple of short light creases at the top right hand corner, very light signs of ring wear, very light wear in spots along the top & bottom edge, several small light water stains on the back
- there is also a light musty odor to the cover
