This is the 1967 “RVG STEREO” stamped pressing of HORACE SILVER QUINTET’s “Finger Poppin'” on Blue Note BST 84008.
The original Rudy Van Gelder sound, cut from the original tapes, in the same era of the original recording. No tape loss from 60-year-old tapes. Hear the full spatial studio ambience of Englewood Cliffs. The REAL RVG.
VINYL has excellent gloss. VG+. Music signal is clean and powerful, no distortion. Looks unplayed. Liberty Labels are clean with nearly zero minimal spindle marks. See photos.
JACKET is VG+. Faint ringwear and scuffing. Seams and spine are clean. Back jacket is clean. Corners may be worn. Please see photos.
