Side 1/Side 2: Has small chip on groove guard taht may affect very biginning of Track 1, some faint surface scuffs & scratches, a couple of slightly feelable tiny scratches, still plays pretty nice except biginning of Track 1.
Label: Blue/White "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC ? NEW YORK USA" No Deep Groove.
Matrix: "VAN GELDER" machine stamp on both sides.
"ear" mark on both sides.

Sleeve Grading: Good Plus (G+)

Front/Back: Front and back cover are completely separated, edge & corner wear, wear & tear on opening, some scuffs.

NM NEAR MINT = Slightly less than perfect, vinyl has a few slightest of wear, nothing major.
VG+ VERY GOOD PLUS = Has a few more minor scratches and scuffs which shouldn't affect play.
